Are they all correct and have the same meaning?

IMO, #3 is not correct. AS far as I know, "barber shop" are two separate words.

As for the other two, I believe both are correct and have the same meaning.

It might depend on what country you're in, and even which part of the country you're in, but I've seen both "barber shop" and "barbershop." I did a Google search for names of barber shops in my town (northwestern US), and both spellings are used. Various dictionaries list both in their entries (where I learned that "barber's shop" is also acceptable, and mostly BE). "At the barber's" is also perfectly fine.

So, in answer to your question, all three seem to be correct.
