If I write the sentence below, is it grammatically correct? :)

Because it is too late, I cannot go out, so maybe we can discuss this matter online.

Yes, it's grammatical.
 
It's grammatical, but not very natural. A more natural way to say this is:

"It's too late and I can't go out, so maybe we can discuss this matter online."


The word "because" is used at the beginning of sentences far more often in Chinese than in English.
 
In Chinese, I would say something like 'It's too late; I wouldn't go out. Let's discuss this matter online.'

2. Maybe we can ... because it is too late for me to go out.
3. It is too late for me to go out, so maybe we can ...


I personally prefer #2 or #3.

I personally prefer 'as' to 'because'.
