Are these sentences correct:

1) Besides you and me, he is the best player in this club.
2) Aside from you and me, he is the best player in this club.
3) Apart from you and me, he is the best player in this club.
4) If one doesn't count you and me, he is the best player in this club.

He's the third best player in this club, after us.

Yours are all understandable but I've never liked the habit of describing someone or something as the best whilst also saying they're not the best.

You could also use after you and me.

A: If you don't count Brice Johnson he is the best player on the team.
B: What if you do count Brice Johnson?
A: In that case he's second best.
