Uncle says he was a little drunk and Roger says he wasn't. And Moms says he had really, like, bonged a load.

What is the meaning of Bonged a load?

I have searched it, but can't find it.

Thanks :)

A "bong" is a water pipe used for smoking marijuana. If he bonged a load, then he smoked some marijuana. (You load the weed into the pipe in order to smoke it.)

So, there is no figurative meaning, right?

It's just relatively common slang as far as drug use is concerned and just means "Mum said that he had smoked some marijuana from a bong". I'm fairly certain no self-respecting dope-user would utter the sentence I just wrote. Drug use has its own specific terminology.

Depending on how much Mum knew about drugs, it could just mean that he had smoked a lot of marijuana, not necessarily from a water pipe, but that's about as far as I can go figuratively.
