I have no idea what either sentence is about. Can you give some context?

Neither is a full sentence. Please give us complete sentences and the context in which you plan to use them.

Which of these sentences is correct?

1) the prong that most break.
2) the prong that breaks the most.
It totally depends on what you want to say. (They mean different things.) Also, as has already been noted, neither is a sentence.

The context is about two people talking about Aquaman’s trident and what prong is the best one.

The complete sentence is:

person 1) “The second prong, the best prong! It’s longer and sharper”
person 2) “The prong that breaks the most.”

I would like to know if I could use “the prong that most break.” instead “The prong that breaks the most.” without changing the meaning that the second prong is not the best one because statistically it is the one that breaks the most.

I think the phrase "most break" is incorrect in any context. "Bteaks the most" means "breaks most frequently".

Not if it's meant to mean "that most (people) break."

It breaks the most - It breaks more than any other one. Apparently, it's brittle.
