"Whenver I do something wrong, my mom does not scold me, she just gently advises me right rom wrong. She's willing to help my relatives if they really need a hand. She's a bright mirror that I should follow"

- Do the sentences above have a natural conversational tone? :-D

Thank you so much

She's a bright mirror that I should follow"

NOT A TEACHER

(1) It is only my opinion that "a bright mirror" does not sound "natural" to

many Americans.

(2) How about "a shining example"?

(3) And if you want a formal word:

She is my exemplar. (excellent model)

-

" a bright star " would also work. The concept of following a bright star is one that man (of many different faiths and cultures) associates with following something or someone good.

I like 'a shining example'.

People also use the term 'role model' - especially in the context of personal development.

Example: 'There should be more male teachers in primary schools. Growing boys need a male role model.'
