1. There were many broken crystal components in the Chandelier supplied.
2. There were many crystal components broken in the Chandelier supplied.

Would please tell me which sentence is grammatically correct?

Try:

There were many broken crystal components in the chandelier.

Both, but there's no need to capitalise "chandelier". It's neither a proper noun nor the first word of the sentence.

But they sound stiff because of the word "supplied" at the end. Try it without "supplied", as Tarheel suggests.

Or: Many crystal components in the chandelier were broken.

If you're reporting a problem with a delivery, I'd go with the simpler "The chandelier was broken when it arrived". You would then back that statement up with photos.
