Is "by any means" synonymous to "by all means" in the following sentence? It's a quote of Martin Luther king.

1- If you can't fly then run, if you can't run walk, if you can't walk crawl, but by all means keep moving.

And also can I interchange 'by any means' with 'in any way'?

2- I know the task is tough but I will do it by any means/in any way.

They mean different things.

"By all means" generally means "Without a doubt" or "Definitely". But King seems to have used it more literally. Do everything you have to to keep moving.
"By any means" means "by any means possible".

2- I know the task is tough but I will do it by any means/in any way.
This doesn't sound correct.
I know it's a tough task but I'll find a way.
I know it's a tough task but I'll do it somehow.
