"Réseau" is translated by “network”.
The preposition "by" in the above sentence sound unnatural. Shouldn't it be "into"?

Normally, we translate from one language into another.

I have translated your sentence from English into French.
Can you translate this from German into Spanish for me please?

With individual words, we would say:

"Réseau" is translated as "network".
"Réseau" translates as "network".
"Réseau" translates to "network".

However, you're certainly right that "by" isn't correct here.

We would only use by to explain who translated something, or when talking about a timescale.

This sentence was translated by one of my students.
I need you to translate this by Tuesday.
