He woke the screens, revealing live feeds from 10 different cameras placed inside and outside (of) the house.

Is 'of' necessary here? Does it change anything? Would you include it? Thanks.

No, it isn't. No, it doesn't change anything significant. Yes, I think I probably would but it's absolutely fine without it.

I wouldn't use "of" there. Some people would.

Remember that we write out the numbers one to twenty (inclusive) as full words, not numbers, so it should say "ten different cameras".
