If you mean a content writer for the internet sites that aim to produce endless essays and pieces on anything that will get clicks, then I doubt that the degree is very important. However, don't expect to make much money from this- I delete all such offerings, as most sites do. What is promised rarely matches what is earned. Content writers are regarded as an annoyance by a huge number of websites and not an asset.

I want to become a content writer. I'm a graduate [STRIKE]with the subjects[/STRIKE] of English, (space required after a comma) Sociology and Education. Can anyone guide me on what I can/should do next - an M.A in English Literature,
[STRIKE]Or[/STRIKE] an M.A in English Linguistics or [STRIKE]any other..[/STRIKE] something else?

[STRIKE]Plz[/STRIKE] Please guide me.

Note my changes above. If you want to become a writer of any kind (in English), it's important to follow these rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.

Please don't use substandard/non-standard words on this forum. The word "plz" does not exist. The word is "please".

And more people are interested in politics and history than linguistics or literature. We're a specialist site where people care about tiny differences in the English language- most English speakers don't.
