Can come downstairs

Can you listen to the very beginning of the attached recording? I hear "Rich, Can come downstairs?" 1. Is it correct? I hear that "you" is missed between "can" and "come". 2. The lady is pronouncing "can" as kin? Is it true? Many thanks.

She says Can you come downstairs for a minute? The you is difficult to pick out because it's very weak.
