How to say I have gotton my salary last month?

Peter: I got my payroll. What about you?
Me: ...

You don't say you receive your payroll.
You are on the company's payroll.
You receive your pay/salary from the company.

Peter: I got my payroll paid. What about you?
Me: Me too.

See above. We don't start questions with "How to" in English. As ted said, we don't "get payroll". We get paid an hourly/daily rate or a flat salary. When that money goes into our bank account (or we're handed it in cash, I guess), just say "I got paid".
