Can I say"what you supposed to do is to choose the experiments and activities "

Can I say"what you supposed to do is to choose the experiments and activities you want to do" or should I say "What you’re supposed to do is choose the experiments and activities you want to do". Which one is ok? or both?
Thank you !!!

It's always "what you are supposed to do" (or "I am/they are/we are/I was/he was/they were" etc).
