Dear teachers,

Is there any difference between the two sentences in grammar:

1. Susan can not be always with me.
2. Susan can not always be with me.

:?:

Thank you

Kitty

2 is natural.

From the standpoint of understanding, no difference. From the standpoint of correctness or placement of frequency words, #2 is correct.
