And to answer your explicit question, no, you can't say "I like X than Y" or "I like to drink X than to drink Y".I have learnt: "I prefer coffee to tea" but can we say something like "I like coffee than tea." or "I like to drink coffee than to drink tea."?
I note that no one has mentioned, "I prefer coffee to tea", which is what I'd say.
