Can you say:

I can teach you English and make your English improve.

No.

'I can teach you English and help you to improve your command of the language.'

What about: "We can make your English improve."

No. "We can help you to improve your English" is possible.

Is it possible to omit 'help you to' from bhaisahab's sentence above?

Not a teacher.

I find "We can improve your English" unnatural. You might hear it but the only person who can improve their English is the learner. Teachers facilitate that improvement.
