Can you say:

I found your contact information from/on google.com

Both acceptable?
 
Most commonly "on".
 
Is from wrong or non-native? Would you hear a native say it?

For me "found it from Google" would be odd. "Found it with" would be OK -- or "Got it from".
 
I would say that there's no need for Google.com, unless you wanted to distinguish that version from Google.co.uk, etc. Google is enough.
