Can you say to a person you just met:

Good seeing you.

Or does it have to be:

Nice to meet you.

Are both okay?

I think in British English it is acceptable to use "Good seeing you" when you first meet someone. In American English it is not. ;)

No BE speaker I know says 'Good seeing you'.

I haven't heard a BrE speaker use this.

In AmE. "nice meeting you" would normally be said only at the first meeting. "Good seeing you" could be used anytime.
