Hello,

I am making an educational video for my students. But there are two words in the video I have failed to make out:

'Congratulations! You've finally got(ten) that coveted title of manager. Awesome! Now, here is ....
Along with some perks, come potentially ... problems.
So, come on, managers! Let's talk about tips for newly-promoted managers!'

I think the second word might be stressful.

You

Thank you for the time and help.
P.S. I hope I am not breaking the rules of the forum I respect so much.

'Congratulations! You've finally got(ten) that coveted title of manager. Awesome! Now, here is the skinny.
Along with some perks, come potentially frightful problems.
So, come on, managers! Let's talk about tips for newly-promoted managers!'

The skinny means the (true) information, the real situation, or "the 4-1-1" as some people might say (although I'm not one fo them).
