Can't understand some parts of a video.

I will try, but I have to install Silverlight to watch the video. Typical Microsoft.

EDIT:

Sorry, I started doing it, but got annoyed because it is hard to skip to an exact time on the video. Is there anything you really want to know from the video or you are confused about?

Your time starts in the middle of a sentence. He uses the phrase "to an end point" repeatedly there.

Now, the kinds of things that SOAP extensions - like the WSI extensions - can add are things that we can't get in other ways with HTTP. So things like security - you know, built-in security with things like Kerberos support for example, ticket-based security mechanisms…
