I mean when cap is worn backward.

He wore his cap backward.
I don't like backward caps.
Are they natural English?

"He wore his cap backward" is probably the most natural and most common expression.

I've seen/heard "backward caps", but it's a lot less common. Still acceptable.
 
In BE, I'd say 'back to front' or 'backwards' (AE speakers seem to prefer 'backward').
