I couldn't agree more. I only looked at the "cattle" sentence. The rest is dreadful. Abo.omar, stop using random websites and Facebook to learn English. Get a good grammar book and some books with exercises in, written by native speakers, and do some meaningful study.

1- The cattle are grazing in the field. present continuous
2- Cattle graze in the fields.present simple
- The cattle graze in the fields. present simple
Are they correct?

You don't need The at the beginning of those sentences. They are grammatical with and without it.

So,the answer of my first question is that we can say"Cattle are grazing in the field." without adding the before cattle.
Why were you against the exercise at first?

So no comma here the answer [STRIKE]of[/STRIKE] to my first question is that we can say"Cattle are grazing in the field no full stop here" without adding "the" before cattle.

I think both jutfrank and I were basing our opinion on all the exercises shown in the screenshot. My opinion hasn't changed.

Yes, that's right. The sentence is grammatical with and without the article.

Why were you against the exercise at first?

I don't understand what you mean by " at first".

I'm against the exercise for a few reasons. One reason is that it contains (at least) two unforgiveable mistakes. Look at numbers 6 and 8 to see if you can find them.

I imagine it's meant to be a 'Correct the Mistakes' exercise.

I'm sure it is, given that every question contains at least one.

Yes, but only for mistakes related to countability and article usage. I might be wrong, of course.

abo.omar, please tell us where you found this exercise, what the point of it is, and what the task instruction is.
