Hi,

Is ''Threaten him to get out from here or else he'll cause us a great loss'' correct?

No, it isn't.

You could, 'Threaten him with (something unpleasant) if he doesn't get out of here…'.
 
What about "Threaten him with being pushed out of here or else he will make a great loss for us"?
 
I think you could threaten to drive him out if he doesn't get out of here, but I am not a teacher.

I think you're trying to put too much into one sentence.
"He's dangerous to us. Make him leave. Use threats if necessary."
"Threaten him with forced expulsion if he doesn't leave. Otherwise he could cause us a great loss."
