Hello!

Can anyone help me which is better to use for objective? A or B?
I need your opinion

A. The study analyzed the extent of customer satisfaction from financial and non-financial services rendered by SMB.

B. The study analyzed the customer satisfaction level in financial and non-financial services rendered by SMB.

They both sound a bit wordy to me; I would use something like:
The study analyzed customer satisfaction with both financial and non-financial services provided by SMB.

Neither is a hypothesis, however.

A hypothesis could be "Customers are more satisfied with the non-financial services provided by SMB" and then your study set out to prove or disprove that hypothesis.

What you have is simply a summary statement.

Thank you for your correction

I forgot to edit it...
It was my main objective.

So which is more appropriate to use? A or B?
