So I have no idea how this clause is constructed.

I have two results, they were generated by separate experiments. Now I want to say that two results are compared.

Do I say...:

We compare the results that was generated by reading document A and was generated by searching document B. (this is totally messed up...)

We compare the results that were generated by reading document A and by searching document B.

We compare the result that was generated by reading document A and (by?) searching document B.

I think i messed up all of them... uh! Thanks in advance for any help!

We compare the results (that were) generated by reading document A with those (that were) generated by searching document B.
