Could you please tell me if these sentences are correct and if there is any difference in meaning between them?

Your ticket is ready to be collected at our office.
Your ticket is ready for collection at our office.

They mean the same. However, I would use "ready to be collected from our office" or "ready for collection at/from our office". "Ready to be collected at" isn't wrong, it's just less natural and less frequently used.

You can get over this by saying "Your ticket is at our office, ready for collection".
