1) Come out of underneath the table.

2) Come out from underneath the table.

Please check my sentences.
 
They are not sentences. But the second is correct as a phrase. "From under the table" is also common.
 
The second is a perfectly grammatical imperative. "of" doesn't work there. Note that most BrE speakers would use "under" rather than "underneath" there.
