Does this sentence structure exist in English?

Now, if you were to come to like reading, perhaps I could lend you a few of my books.
If you come to like him, perhaps we could go on a double date sometime.

Did you make up those sentences yourself?
 
Yea I made them up myself, so "Come to like" is acceptable?
 
I think you can also say "get to like" with no change of meaning.
 
I can't think of a context where get to like would fit.
 
It doesn't sound right to me, i'd use "get" in these scenarios...

Get to know him better...
Get to see the film...
Get to visit Mexico...

Try:

If you spend enough time with me, you'll get to like me.


That seems natural to me. And I agree with Ted that it would mean the same thing with "come" instead of "get."
 
The construction didn't appeal to me at first, but I've gotten to like it better.
