The book, titled My Lifelong Challenge: Singapore's Bilingual Journey, is also available in Chinese.

1. Is a comma needed after 'book'?

2. I remember learning it is 'entitled". Is 'titled' also correct?

3. Should the title of the book 'My Lifelong Challenge..' be as indicated. In other words, should there be quote marks, or are quote marks optional?

Thanks.

Yes. You need bracketing commas before and after the part I have coloured blue.

You need either quotation marks or italics.
