[Grammar] "conformance to" or "conformance wiith"

Are both phrases, " conformance to " and "conformance with", correct ? And what about replacing "conformance" with "conformation" or "conformity" ? Are they better words ?

"Conformity" is more usual than "conformance". Although, usually we would say: "X conforms with Y", for example.
