I have a serious problems in constructions forms, the really is that in my school I was learning the Verb To Be in all the courses....now today when I have to contruct forms the really is that I can´t do it...! Please help me...

What are some sentences you are having trouble with?

(I think you mean "the reality" not "the really.")

There's no simple way to learn conjugations (which I guess you're referring to) in any language, although English is certainly easier than your language. The verb "to be" (I am, you are, he is ...) has to be memorised just as "ser" (yo soy, tu eres, etc.) has to for those learning Spanish. Was that your question? I find that making a table helps, with the personal pronouns on one axis and the tenses on the other.
