I am newbie and would request someone to guide me to know if the following sentence is technically/grammatically correct or not.

"Please respond to this email if you should have any questions."

It's correct, but it's "overly" correct for a lot of business writing.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
If you have any question, you can reply to this email address, and someone will get back to your shortly. (That would be if it were a group email address, versus an individual.)

I would also want to know if there is any grammatically error if I use "if" and "should" within same single sentence.

Saying "if you should have any" to my ear makes it sound like you think it's less of a possibility that they will have questions. Or that you're being overly polite.

It also sounds like you're using more words than needed.
