1. I couldn't open the door because it was stuck. (physical ability)
2. I couldn't have opened the door because I was not there at that time. (opportunity or possibility)

What is the positive form of the first sentence?
3. I was able to open the door.
4. I managed to open the door.
5. I can have opened the door.
6. I could opened the door.

#3 and #4 work.
 
Agreed, but 4 suggests it was a struggle.

#4 said "I could opened the door" so (I humbly suggest) that it is grammatically incorrect. It could have been:

I could open the door.
I could have opened the door.
 
Oops. Didn't even see that! I knew what it was supposed to say, so I "saw" that.
