Context: Richard Dawkins just tweeted this photo (apparently taken by others):

I don't quite understand the meaning of the phrase "Donald is mine chosen divine.
Stand with him before man and I will stand with you before my father in heaven."

It seems to say "D is my chosen saver like Christ. Support him in this world and (well, this part is extremely confusing to me. Does it mean "and when you die I will be your company to go to heaven to stand before God"? If so, it sounds still odd.).

The Honda logo divides the words into two lines:

Donald is mine
Chosen divine​

The mentally disturbed person who decorated her car with this meant "I'm devoted to Donald. He was chosen by God." I'm not very well versed in the New Testament but I'm pretty sure the final lines are quoted from a translation of it.

Don't worry about the English used by such people.

Yes. The lines on the car are basically likening Donald Trump to Jesus. It's saying Donald is chosen and divine and if you stand with him you'll go to heaven.

That's harsh and judgemental. Call her over enthusiastic or even fanatic, but I don't think it's fair to brand her as "mentally ill" just because you disagree with her political or religious leanings.
