dark meat /ˌdɑːrk ˈmiːt/ dark is not stressed
red meat /ˌred ˈmiːt/ red is not stressed
white meat /ˈwaɪt ˌmiːt/ whitet is stressed
Only "white" is stressed. Why?

red wine /ˌred ˈwaɪn/
Which word in red wine is stressed?

Emphasis can depend on the context. For all of these.

Absent any context, I'm going to do that same thing. Emphasize "red."
