What is the deffrence between "you could win a TV", and "You would win a TV".

What is the [STRIKE]deffrence[/STRIKE] difference between "[STRIKE]y[/STRIKE]You could win a TV", and "You would win a TV".
The first suggests a possibility, the second a certainty - provided, in both cases, some condition were fulfilled.
