The governmental department in UK is called 'Department for Education'; In the US, it is called 'Department of Education'.

Are they about British English and American English?

I am unable to access Google Search, but Bing.

I input the key words - 'The Department of Education' into Bing Search Box, and the most relevan webpage is about 'national archives'.
