2. She was diagonised of cancer.

What are the differences between.diagonised with & diagonised of ?

I thought # 2 was correct, but I found # 1was used in a book.

2. She was diagonised of cancer. Incorrect.

The correct preposition is with. Note the correct spelling of diagnosed.
 
I expect the errant 'of' comes from the expression '[given a/confirmed the/... etc etc] diagnosis of cancer.'
