This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

I started to wear only sneakers ten year ago. From then, I can't wear any other shoes because my kneel would hurt very quickly if I wore them, especially when I walk upstairs, I can feel sore in my kneel obviously. I hope I can find a a pair of good common shoes because material used to make sneakers is quite thick so it's hot in the summer.

See above. I think you mean "cotton", not "common". Am I right?

It's "common" but I'm not sure if it's the right word. I'd like to describe a pair of shoes that we can wear daily except sneakers.

Perhaps:

Ten years ago I started wearing only sneakers. That's because my knees hurt almost as soon as I start walking -- especially when I walk upstairs.

I'm assuming they don't hurt while you're sitting down. Or do they?

Your knees hurt, but your feet don't?

Usually the first sentence is perfect. What happened? 😄

No, only when I walk. I feel the pressure between my knees.
When you walk, the only thing that should be between your knees is empty space! If there's no space between your knees when you walk, that would explain the pain!
No, my feet hurts hurt after I walk for several/a few hours.

It's because "usually". :ROFLMAO:
This is ungrammatical. I assume you mean something like "Clearly, it's only "usually" perfect!"

Ah! It should be the joints in my knees.

Well, those are just your knees! There was nothing wrong with what you said in the first place. When you wear anything other than sneakers, your knees hurt when you walk, especially when you're climbing stairs.

No, only when I walk, I feel the pressure strain/pain between on my knees.

The strain is on your knee joints, which are still part of your knees.
