I'm watching a series called "Inventing Anna", which is adapted from a true story about a girl defrauding money from different American banks. She pretends to be a German heiress and pulls strings with New York elites to help her borrow money from the banks and get a ride of a private jet without paying in advance. All of these are unthinkable. I'm not sure how she gets the first connection in the high society, but everything is beyond my imagination.

See above. I don't know what you mean by the underlined part.

In that case, it's tautologous. Why would you need to say that what she did is both "unthinkable" and "beyond my imagination". As I suspected in the first place, you should simply remove the "unthinkable" sentence.
 
@Maybo You could say it's inconceivable that that could happen. The word "unbelievable" would work there too
