What is a difference between me and mine? Can they be used interchangeably? For e.g., "it is not my work", "it is not mine work"

Same way also tell the difference between will and shall. Can they also be used interchangeably?

Regards and thanks

Not a teacher.

They are not interchangeable.

The book belongs to me.

It is my book.

The book is mine.

Will and shall have different meanings, but shall is rarely heard in use in modern English.
