different tense of Gerund

I wonder whether there is such a thing called tense of gerund.
I do not know because I seldom see them in books or articles.
I guess there are two types of tenses of gerund.

1. simple tense:

(active) Reading is my favourite hobby.
(passive) Being cheated disheartened me.

2. perfect tense:

(active) Having read through my favourite book gives my contentment.
(passive) Having been cheated dejected me.

all gerunds above are the subjects of the sentences.
Is my guess correct ? Thanks no end

"Having" is not a gerund.

A gerund is a noun. Nouns don't have tenses. "Reading" is a gerund.
Reading is my favourite hobby.
Reading was my favourite hobby.
Reading would have been my favourite hobby.
Reading had been my favourite hobby.

The tense is irrelevant to the meaning of the gerund.

Having been cheated dejected me. is in the simple past tense. The present perfect is:
Having been cheated has dejected me.

Having read through my favourite book gives me contentment is in the simple present.
