Let's say my friends and I ate out and we ordered some dishes. What can the waiter say if all the dishes are ready? Is it natural to say "The dishes are all ready!"?

No.

The waiter is unlikely to say anything like that. They will probably just bring out the plates to your table and express the wish that you enjoy your meal.

What do those waiters usually say to wish someone enjoy their meals? Could you please tell me?

Note my corrections above. By opening with "Let's say", you're presenting the whole thing as a hypothetical. On that basis, you needed to use more modals.

As you've already learned, the waiter is unlikely to say anything in that scenario. They'll just come to your table and put your food down in front of you! In very upmarket (posh) restaurants, there's a chance after some opening drinks, your waiter might come to your table and say "Are you ready for your starter now?", and then the same thing but about your main course later on, and again for dessert. I don't mean they're taking your order - I mean they're saying very politely "Your starter/main/dessert is ready. May I bring it to your table now?" (I've never eaten in such a posh restaurant.)

If, however, you had gone to a takeaway, put in your order at the counter and were now waiting for your food to be ready, you might hear "Silver! Your food's ready" from the person behind the counter before they hand you your big paper bag full of burgers/pizza/kebabs etc.
