Hi there,

So Toyota dealership bodyshop broke things while working on my car. They did not tell me about it.
When I came back, they refuse to admit it.

Should I say a Dishonest dealership, or Deceitful dealership, or something else?

The job they did on my car is really bad, awful, lousy.
Should I say low quality job, awful job, bad workmanship, or something else?

Their customer service are bad, rude, un-respectful, took weeks to response, no patient at all for a people who is not native speaker.
Should I say awful CS, terrible CS, bad CS, or something else?

I am not looking for long sentence, but short punch line to be the title of my complaint.

Thanks!!

Hi there, Unnecessary.

So 1. The Toyota dealership bodyshop broke damaged some things while working on my car. They did not tell me about it. When I came went back, they refused to admit it.
Should I say call them "a dishonest dealership", or "a deceitful dealership" or something else?

2. The job work they did on my car is really bad. awful, lousy.
Should I say "low quality job", "awful job", "bad workmanship", or something else?

3. Their customer service are was bad, rude, un- disrespectful, took weeks to response respond, and had no patient patience at all for a people person who is not a native speaker.
Should I say "awful CS customer service", "terrible CS customer service", "bad CS customer service", or something else?

I am not looking for a long sentence, but a short punchy line to be the title of my complaint.

Thanks!! Don't thank us in advance.
Please note my corrections above.

1. I wouldn't use any of those. Yours is just one experience.
2. "Bad workmanship" is the best of those three.
3. I'd go with either "bad" or "terrible". Note that "CS" isn't a recognised initialism for "customer services".

Based on what you've told us, I'd give my complaint the title "Damaged my car, bad workmanship, terrible customer service".

You could say the customer service was bad and the people who waited on you were rude.

You could say the customer service was bad and the people who waited on you were rude.
That's not a "short punchy line to be the title of my complaint", which is what the OP asked for.
