Hello!

Would you also be so kind to explain the difference (if there is some) between
- do a degree
- take a degree

? Does the 1st one mean preparing for final exams and the 2nd - receiving your diploma after you've passed all of them?

Thank you!

I wouldn't use "take".

Can I say that "to do a degree" means the same as "to get a degree"?

So will it work this way:
to do a degree = to study for it
to take a degree = get/receive a degree ?

I would say that you earn a degree, although "get" a degree is also possible (and is used).
