My friend Long works in an auto company and recently his foreign co-workers have been visiting his company. He needs to use English every day but he knows only a few words. Last night he asked his co-worker “Do you want to go massage tonight?”

I don’t think this question is natural when Long wanted to ask his coworker to have a massage but I don’t know how to phrase it. Could you please help me?

It's not correct, so of course it's not natural.

You could fix the original thusly:
Do you want to go to a massage (parlor) tonight?

However, a more natural version would be something like:
Do you want to get a massage tonight?

or even

Do you want to go get a massage tonight?

The latter makes it 100% clear you're not offering to give the massage yourself, although it's unlikely anyone would interpret the first one that way. I'm presuming Long wasn't offering to massage his coworkers himself.

How about "Do you want to go for massage tonight?"?
