Yes, except that 'ice hockey' should not be capitalised.

It's a "hockey game" if you are talking to Americans. "Hockey" is "ice hockey" by default. "Field hockey" is used for the other sport.

It's different in Australia and south Asia. For example, we have an Australian Hockey League (for field hockey) and an Australian Ice Hockey League. Hockey Leagues in India and Pakistan (at least) refer to field hockey, as does 'hockey'. That could be the case everywhere except in North America.
