Hello .
I have a question.
Which sentence is correct ?

1. I have no friend.
2. I have no friends.

Thanks .

2 is correct. None of them should have a space before the punctuation marks.

Are you sure about that ?
Why 1 is incorrect ?

For 1 to be correct, there would have to be other information. It doesn't work by itself.

Your question should read 'Why is 1 incorrect?

Did you not read what MikeNewYork said about not putting a space before punctuation marks?

I don't know more about it. Please make an example for 1 when it's correct .

Yes. I read it and edited my first post in this topic.

So, in this case, between "I don't have any friends" and "I don't have any friend" I think the first will be correct. Is this true ?

You need one space after a punctuation mark like a comma, period, question mark. None before, one after.

You capitalized "In" for no reason. It's not starting the sentence, so it should not be.

The first is correct.

"You can tell your friend in Cleveland to pick you up at the airport."
"I have no friend in Cleveland!"

Thank you SoothingDave. Please make some examples for "friends".

I have no friends in Chicago.
I have no friends in law school.
I have no friends outside of my neighborhood.
