"To challenge unknown future is more exciting than recalling the past we’ve went through"

"To challenge an unknown future is more exciting than recalling the past we’ve [STRIKE]went[/STRIKE] gone through."
I don't know what challenging the future means. Maybe you mean something like "Facing the challenges of the future ..." Facing/Dealing with/Coping with ...

You could also use been through instead of gone through.
